Every project begins with a conversation. We'll discuss your goals, timeline, and budget. For fabrication projects, we'll schedule a site visit or ask for detailed photos and measurements of the existing setup.
During this phase, we identify potential challenges and opportunities for value engineering. We want to understand not just what you need, but why you need it—this helps us deliver better results.
Quote & Planning
Within 48 hours of our consultation, you'll receive a detailed quote outlining the scope of work, materials to be used, timeline, and total cost. For complex projects, this includes engineering drawings for your review.
We believe in transparent pricing. The quote is your blueprint for what to expect—no hidden fees, no surprise charges. Once you approve the quote, we schedule your project in our production queue.
Fabrication & Welding
This is where the magic happens. Our certified welders and fabricators bring your project to life using professional-grade equipment and marine-grade materials. We work in our climate-controlled shop when possible for consistent quality.
Throughout fabrication, we conduct quality checks at each major milestone. We document materials used and welding procedures for commercial projects requiring certification or insurance documentation.

Inspection & Quality Control

For commercial projects or insurance work, we provide detailed documentation including welder certifications, material test reports, and inspection records. Your peace of mind is part of our deliverable.
Delivery & Installation
We handle delivery and installation for most projects in the Ocean City area. For外地客户, we can coordinate freight shipping or arrange for you to pick up at our facility.
After installation, we walk through the completed work with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. We provide care instructions for coatings and finishes, and we're available for any follow-up questions.
